Hi! I am Pamela C. Bye, LMSW. Welcome to my About page.  I am an associate-level therapist in magical Flagstaff, Arizona.  I see patients in my office and virtually.

Being a psychotherapist feels like holding someone’s heart in my hands. People come to me carrying pain they’ve often never spoken aloud, and they trust me enough to let me witness it. That kind of trust is sacred. Every time someone chooses me to walk beside them through their darkest moments, I feel humbled. It is an honor that moves me, shapes me, and reminds me why this work matters so deeply. I will never take that choice for granted.

Thank you for visiting Byeways Counseling, LLC.  My name is Pamela C. Bye, LMSW and I am the owner of this very special practice.  I grew up on Byeways Farm in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, so it seemed logical to name my practice after that wonderful place.
