Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being charged the entire session fee.   If your appointment is at 9am on Wednesday, cancelling at 8pm on Tuesday will still incur a full session charge.  A cancellation at 9am on Tuesday for a 9am appoinment on Wednesday will not incur any fees.

That being said, life happens and we don't want sick people in our office.  We will convert in-person appointments to virtual for clients who are ill.

Other cancellation and refund requests are at the discretion of the provider and the practice owner.

Session Packs:  Packs of 5 or 10 sessions do not have any refunds.
